Photographs

We sometimes take photographs for publicity purposes. These images may appear on our website. We may also send them to the news media.

Before taking and using any pictures, we need your permission. This permission is valid for five years from the date of signing.

Please note that websites can be viewed throughout the world, not just in the United Kingdom where UK law applies.

We sometimes send publicity material about our services, including photographs where appropriate, to the news media, especially the local press.

Memorial Park Youth FC assumes no responsibility or liability for misuse of photography.

Medical

In order to conform to regulations, we do require a medical consent form to be completed for each player. This form is confidential and will only be used by Memorial Park Youth FC.
